‘Yellow and Green’ was my introduction to Baroness, I was immediately a fan. ‘Red’ and ‘Blue’ I got soon after but ‘Purple’ and ‘Gold and Grey’ left me puzzled. The songs weren’t quite there and the production was bizarre to my ears. But I persevered, because the artwork is killer and I’m a loyal bastard. Well that’s paid off in spades. This LP is absolutely killer from start to finish, songs, production, artwork. It’s all there, already a fave, not just of Baroness but of all bands I love.

baroness have outdone themselves with this album!!!! its fantastic all throughout, i love all their work!!! i only ever took the vax just to see baroness and one of their crew got it and the show got cancled! id kill to see these guys live at a small venue!!!

Je ne possède aucun disque metal instrumental. Sauf celui-ci. Et pour un gros fan de voix comme moi, ça en dit long. Pour la faire courte, le son est ENORME, et les riffs sont légendaires. Envoûtant.
